Goodbye Rumelia (Elveda Rumeli)

Elveda Rumeli is an Adam Film production, a Turkish drama and historical series that began airing on atv on September 20, 2007. Erdal Özyağcılar led the cast, alongside actors such as Tolgahan Sayışman and Berrak Tüzünataç. Set in a fictionalized version of 1896-1898 and 1907 in the Bitola (Manastır) region of Macedonia, the series follows the drama of a Turkish family living in Rumelia during the final years of the Ottoman Empire.

Cast and crew were drawn from both Turkey and Macedonia. Following cast departures in its third season and a drop in ratings, the series concluded with its 83rd episode on October 19, 2009, having run for three seasons in total.
