Mustafa Jasar — Biography
Mustafa Yaşar, also known as Mustafa Jasar, was a Macedonian film and theatre actor of Turkish origin, born in Skopje on August 19, 1946. Over the course of his career he appeared in productions from both the former Yugoslav and independent Macedonian film industries, including the 1981 film Crveniot Konj early in his filmography.
Internationally, he is best remembered for playing Avi in the 2011 film Valley of the Wolves: Palestine and Vanya in the 2010 film Hayde Bre. In 2022 he joined the cast of the Turkish series Balkan Ninnisi, extending his career into a Turkey-based production.
Mustafa Yaşar died in his native Skopje on April 1, 2024.
