Coming Soon (Pek Yakında)

Coming Soon is a 2014 Turkish comedy-drama film written and directed by Cem Yılmaz. Produced by Warner Bros., it premiered on September 30, 2014, was released in theaters on October 2, 2014, and reached over two million viewers nationwide in Turkey. This film marks Cem Yılmaz's third work as both screenwriter and director.

At the center of the story is Zafer, who believes he's got an easy life thanks to the money he made from pirated DVDs. When his wife Arzu seeks a divorce, Zafer faces his first major challenge. To keep his crumbling family together, he decides to return to his abandoned dream of making films, this time as a producer. By secretly setting out to shoot a movie, he hopes to both prove he's given up his illegal activities and to give his wife back the cinematic dreams she sacrificed for their marriage.

The film, starring Cem Yılmaz in the lead role, also features Tülin Özen, Ozan Güven, Özkan Uğur, Zafer Algöz, Ayşen Gruda, Zerrin Tekindor, and Nurgül Yeşilçay in its cast; numerous well-known actors also make guest appearances.
