Lady's Farm (Hanımın Çiftliği) (translated)

Hanımın Çiftliği (Lady's Farm) is a Turkish drama series adapted from Orhan Kemal's novel of the same name, broadcast on Kanal D from 4 September 2009 to 17 June 2011. Directed by Faruk Teber and produced by Gold Film, it ran for two seasons and ended with its 70th episode; the novel had first been adapted for television in 1990 on TRT 1.

Set in Adana amid the fertile lands of Çukurova, the story portrays stark class divisions and struggles over land and power, interwoven with love. The leading roles are shared by Mehmet Aslantuğ, Özgü Namal, Caner Cindoruk, Ebru Özkan and, in the second season, Fikret Kuşkan. With a budget of roughly 1.8 million Turkish lira, it ranked among the most expensive Turkish productions of its era, and its gala premiere was held in Adana.
