Gümüş (Turkish for "silver") is a Turkish drama and romance television series produced by ANS Productions, which premiered on Kanal D on January 20, 2005, and concluded with its 100th episode on June 16, 2007. Spanning three seasons, the series marked the screen debut of model-turned-actor Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, who shared the lead roles with Songül Öden; the cast also featured Ekrem Bora, Güngör Bayrak, Ayça Varlıer, and Serdar Orçin.

The story follows Gümüş, a modest young woman in love with Mehmet since childhood, and Mehmet, the son of the wealthy Şadoğlu family, who is encouraged by his parents to marry her after the death of his girlfriend. Dubbed into Arabic and aired on MBC 4 under the title "Noor," the series reached 85 million viewers with its finale, paving the way for the success of Turkish dramas across the Arab world.
