Ece Çeşmioğlu — Biography
Ece Çeşmioğlu, born on November 26, 1990 in Istanbul, is a Turkish actress. She graduated from the Theatre Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.
She began acting in 2002, at the age of twelve, with Çocuklar Duymasın, and made her real breakthrough as Ceren in İki Aile (2006). She reached wide audiences with Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman Ki (2012), played Atike Sultan in Muhteşem Yüzyıl: Kösem (2015) and Zeynep in Yüz Yüze (2017), and appeared in the military drama Söz (2017). Her first feature film was Ev (2009); she later acted in the films Türkler Geliyor: Adaletin Kılıcı (2020) and Geçen Yaz (2021).
She portrayed İrem in Tutunamayanlar (2020) and Yonca in the Netflix series Yakamoz S-245 (2022). Married to actor Taner Ölmez, she has a daughter named Zeynep; in early 2026 the press reported that she would return to the sets after a long break.
