Sevinç Kıranlı — Biography

Sevinç Gürşen Kıranlı was born on 23 January 1979 in Istanbul and trained as an actress at the Theatre Department of Istanbul University State Conservatory. After launching her career in 1992 with Mahallenin Muhtarları, she went on to appear in Ruhsar, Evdeki Yabancı, Kuzenlerim, Metro Palas and Gümüş, and in the 2010s took roles in series such as Çakallarla Dans, Papatyam, Doktorlar, Farklı Boyut and Reaksiyon.

She reached a wide audience playing Hatice Kalkandere in the ATV series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, broadcast from 2015 to 2021, and later played the same character in the film Aman Reis Duymasın. In 2023 she played Vildan in Başım Belada, and in the 2025-2026 season she joined the cast of the historical series Kuruluş: Orhan as Didar Hatun. In her personal life, Kıranlı is married to Mehmet Kıranlı and is the mother of four children; she continues to work as an actress.
