Çiğdem Batur — Biography
Ayşe Çiğdem Batur was born on 13 July 1982 in Düzce. Of Circassian descent, she graduated from the Public Relations and Publicity Department of Gazi University's Faculty of Communication; alongside acting she also became known for her work as a presenter, stage performer and voice artist.
She made her screen debut in 2006 with the series Gümüş and reached a wide audience as Prosecutor Leyla, a role she played for five seasons in Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu. She went on to appear in productions such as Vazgeç Gönlüm, Papatyam, Pinhan and Bizim Hikaye, and played Alara in the 2010 film Büşra.
In 2017 she portrayed Türkan in the Fox TV series Deli Gönül, and appeared on the big screen in Bordo Bereliler Afrin (2018), Aşk Yolunda (2021) and Gizemli Mesaj (2023). In 2020 she hosted the show Kuaförüm Sensin.
