A Bouquet of Theatre (Bir Demet Tiyatro) (translated)

Bir Demet Tiyatro (A Bunch of Theater) is a sitcom written by Yılmaz Erdoğan and produced by Beşiktaş Cultural Center (BKM), filmed in the format of a theatrical performance in front of an audience. Originally adapted from the popular "MTV-Meclis TV" program broadcast on Star TV on New Year's Eve 1994, the show, created by the same team, is considered one of Türkiye's first sitcoms with a live audience.

The series humorously depicts the events in the life of a middle-class family living in Istanbul and those around them. At the heart of the story is the rivalry between Mükremin, the unemployed and boisterous son of the Çıtır family, and his sharp-tongued and intelligent sister, Lütfiye. Yılmaz Erdoğan and Demet Akbağ share the lead roles, while the cast also includes Erdoğan Dikmen, Zerrin Sümer, Yasemin Yalçın, and Serhat Özcan.

The series, largely directed by Sevgi Birsel, remained on screen intermittently for eight seasons. Following the initial seasons in 1995, the show continued with long breaks before moving to ATV for its final season, concluding in 2007 after a total of 156 episodes.
