Love and Blue (Aşk ve Mavi) (translated)

Aşk ve Mavi (Love and Mavi) is a Turkish drama series produced by NTC Medya, directed by Hakan Arslan and written by Gül Abus Semerci and Yelda Eroğlu. It premiered on atv on November 4, 2016, ran for three seasons, and concluded with its 78th episode on November 16, 2018.

The story follows Ali (Emrah), who spent twelve years in prison after taking the blame for a murder he did not commit, and Mavi (Burcu Kıratlı), with whom he exchanged letters throughout his sentence. It later emerges that Mavi is the sister of the man who was killed and did not choose Ali by chance; the real culprit turns out to be Ali's own brother, Cemal (Cüneyt Mete). The cast also includes Kenan Bal, Ayşegül Ünsal and Işıl Yücesoy, and the series became one of the era's notable dramas for its focus on family secrets and wrongful blame.
