Simmer for 15 Minutes (Kısık Ateşte 15 Dakika)

Kısık Ateşte 15 Dakika (Simmer for 15 Minutes) is a Turkish comedy-drama directed by Neco Çelik, written by Haluk Özenç and produced by Med Yapım, released on 19 May 2006. The story unfolds in Le Chic, an elegant French restaurant in central Istanbul, during the quarter of an hour between 9:00 and 9:15 p.m.

The restaurant's co-owner, famous actress Kader Sayar, reluctantly agrees to a fifteen-minute meeting with a young director named Fazıl — unaware that he has strapped dynamite to his body to force her into starring in his film. Meanwhile, oblivious customers and staff wrestle with their own troubles: Kerem tries to tell his wife he wants a divorce, while the singer Güngör prepares to confess his love to the restaurant's vocalist Yasemin. The ensemble cast includes Metin Akpınar, Haluk Bilginer, Ata Demirer, Özkan Uğur, Janset and Ali Sunal.
