Second Spring (İkinci Bahar)

Second Spring (İkinci Bahar) is a Turkish drama series broadcast on ATV between 1998 and 2001, breaking viewership records for its time. Running for three seasons and 37 episodes, it was filmed in Istanbul's Samatya neighborhood. The first episodes aired in October 1998, and the series concluded with its finale in January 2001.

The story centers on the middle-aged love between Ali Haydar, a widowed kebab shop owner left alone with his three daughters, and Hanım, a modest widow with two children. Türkân Şoray and Şener Şen star in the leading roles, alongside Nurgül Yeşilçay, Ozan Güven, Devin Özgür Çınar, Settar Tanrıöğen and Safiye Soyman. The series was later rerun on Fox TV in 2007 and on Star TV in 2011-2012.
