Cops and Robbers (Hırsız Polis) (translated)

Hırsız Polis is a Turkish crime drama television series produced by TMC Film that aired on Kanal D between 2005 and 2007 across two seasons and 50 episodes. Known on Bulgarian Wikipedia under the title "Love Outside the Law," the series won the Golden Butterfly Award for Best Series.

It stars Uğur Yücel, Timuçin Esen and Özlem Düvencioğlu. Set in Istanbul, the series follows the love triangle between Mavi, a member of a car-theft ring; Çınar, the police officer trying to catch her; and Aksak, the gang leader who raised Mavi from childhood — alongside supporting characters such as Mavi's brother Ali Rıza and sister Ümit.
