Dağhan Külegeç — Biography

Dağhan Külegeç was born on 18 October 1978 in Istanbul into a family of artists. He is the grandson of theatre actor Altan Erbulak and the son of actress and writer Ayşe Erbulak and calligrapher Rıza Külegeç. He graduated from the Faculty of Letters of Istanbul University.

He began acting in 1998 with the series Baba Bana Reyting Al; for a time he worked behind the scenes of television productions and appeared in commercials. After Aslı ile Kerem, Lise Defteri and Hırsız Polis, he gained his real popularity in 2007 with the character Efe Kaygısız in Kavak Yelleri. He went on to act in Fatih, Paşa Gönlüm, Kiraz Mevsimi and Yeni Gelin, and also took part in Survivor.

Külegeç is the founder and owner of the Erbulak Acting and Writing House and manages Dağhan Külegeç Publishing. In 2023 he played Ercan Korkut in the series Dokuz Oğuz. In February 2026 he married Tuğba Aytaş.
