Arzu Gamze Kılınç — Biography

Arzu Gamze Kılınç, born on March 31, 1969 in Ankara, is a Turkish actress and theatre director. In 1994 she graduated from the acting department of the Theatre Department at Ankara University's Faculty of Language, History and Geography.

She took her first on-camera role in 1995 with the series Çiçek Taksi, and in the following years appeared in numerous series such as Beşinci Boyut, Ateşli Topraklar, Hırsız Polis and Kız Takımı; in 2010 she became widely known for her role as Saime in Gönülçelen. Her portrayal of Şahika Arsoy in İntikam (2013) was met with great acclaim. She went on to play Yeter Aslan in Siyah Beyaz Aşk (2017), Handan in Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, and Nüzhet Sipahioğlu in Kader Bağları (2023).

Also active as a theatre director, Kılınç has recently been appearing on stage in the play Filler ve Karıncalar, staged at Cihangir Atölye Sahnesi.
