Tilbe Saran — Biography
Tilbe Saran is a Turkish actress and voice artist born in 1961 in Istanbul. After attending the St. Benoit French High School, she studied at the Art History Department of Istanbul University and graduated from the Theatre Department of the Istanbul Municipal Conservatory in 1989; she began her stage career at the Kenter Theatre with Arzu Tramvayı.
Working at the Istanbul City Theatre between 1989 and 1995 and winning awards with plays such as Kral Lear and Vanya Dayı, Saran took numerous leading roles at the Aksanat Production Theatre, which she co-founded in 1995. The artist, who made her television debut with Çalıkuşu (1984), is known for the films Zenne (2011), Çekmeceler (2015) and Bergen (2022) and the series Sıcak Kafa (2022) and Masumiyet Müzesi (2026). In 2026 she was deemed worthy of the Golden Orange Honorary Award.
