Hayatım Sana Feda, a 1970 Turkish romantic musical drama, follows Zeynep and Fatma, two close friends fresh out of the conservatory who find work performing in a nightclub, where Zeynep's powerful voice and Fatma's guitar quickly win over audiences. Harun, a wealthy but lonely businessman and composer, causes a car accident during a reckless road race in which Zeynep is injured while saving a child. Her eyesight gradually fails, and she cannot afford the costly operation that could restore it. Racked with guilt, Harun introduces himself as Kemal, a poor blind pianist and composer, and secretly arranges a singing contest so that Zeynep can win the money for her surgery. The operation succeeds, but Kemal vanishes, leaving only a farewell letter behind. When Harun reappears as the owner of a record company, Zeynep recognizes his voice and finally realizes that Kemal and Harun are the same man. Directed by Muzaffer Arslan, the film stars Türkân Şoray and Cüneyt Arkın, with a story built around friendship, sacrifice and redemption.
