Döngel Kârhanesi is a 2005 Turkish political satire comedy directed by Hakan Algül from a screenplay by Necef Uğurlu. Released on 28 October 2005, the film stars Metin Akpınar as brothel owner Bertan and Ahmet Uğurlu as the honest manager Keskin, with a supporting cast that includes Şenay Gürler, Şebnem Sönmez, Zihni Göktay, Sinan Albayrak and guest star Aylin Aslım.

After the owner defaults on a bank loan, the brothel passes first to the bank and then to a state fund. Ankara sends a civil servant to turn the enterprise profitable, and his discovery that the business is actually a brothel sets off a chain of events told in a darkly comic style, satirizing the state and bureaucracy.
