The Nightingale of Bursa (Bursa Bülbülü)

Bursa Bülbülü (The Nightingale of Bursa) is a Turkish comedy film released on Disney+ on January 13, 2023. Produced by Beşiktaş Kültür Merkezi (BKM) and directed by Hakan Algül, the film was scripted by Ata Demirer, who drew on his own childhood memories to shape the story. Demirer also stars in the film, playing both Cengiz Sezen and Metin Akpınar.

He shares the leading roles with Cem Gelinoğlu as Taşkın Neşe and Özge Özacar as Arzu Neşe. The supporting ensemble features Tarık Papuççuoğlu, Melek Baykal, Celil Nalçakan, Toygan Avanoğlu, Neslihan Arslan, Ramiz Mullamusa, Seda Türkmen, Bedir Bedir, and Erkan Taşdöğen.
