Kısmet (dizi)

Kısmet is a Turkish romantic comedy television series produced by NTC Medya that premiered on NOW on June 16, 2023. Directed by Semih Bağcı and Gül Sarıaltın, with a screenplay written by Mahinur Ergun and Yusuf Reha Alp, the series ran for a single season and concluded with its tenth episode on August 25, 2023. Filming took place in the Kalamış Apartment building on Münir Nurettin Selçuk Street in the Kalamış neighborhood of Istanbul.

Starring Cem Gelinoğlu, Özge Özacar, Cenan Adıgüzel and Serdar Orçin, the story unfolds largely around an apartment building. A broad ensemble of characters — neighbors, local shopkeepers and law firm employees — enriches the narrative with side stories that feed the series' romantic comedy tone.
