Soğuktu ve Yağmur Çiseliyordu ("It Was Cold and It Was Drizzling") is a 1990 Turkish drama and the second feature film directed by Engin Ayça, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Ali Çıdamlı; the score was composed by Melih Kibar.

The film traces the emotional bond between Leyla (Türkân Şoray), a celebrated Turkish classical music vocalist, and Cemal Bey (Ekrem Bora), the oud player in her ensemble. Opening with Cemal Bey's death, the narrative unfolds through flashbacks and Leyla's memories as she seeks out his family and friends to come to terms with her loss. Gülsen Tuncer plays Cemal Bey's sister.

The film won Best Actor (Ekrem Bora) and Best Supporting Actress (Gülsen Tuncer) at the 28th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival in 1991, along with the award for Best 3rd Film. Singer Semra İnanç, who performed the film's songs "Gönül Kuşum" and "Mektuplar" (the latter with lyrics written by Gülsen Tuncer), went on to win Best Vocalist at the 8th International Mediterranean Festival in Bastia, Corsica, in 1992.
