Sadakatsiz is a Turkish drama and psychological thriller television series produced by Medyapım and Mednova for Kanal D. Adapted from BBC One's 2015 series Doctor Foster, it was directed by Neslihan Yeşilyurt. The screenplay was written by Kemal Hamamcıoğlu and Dilara Pamuk in the first season, with Arzu Daştan Mutlu, Mustafa Mutlu, Gamze Arslan and Nuriye Bilici taking over in the second. Premiering on October 7, 2020, the series ran for two seasons and ended with its 60th episode on May 25, 2022.

Starring Cansu Dere, Caner Cindoruk and Melis Sezen, the story follows Asya, a doctor whose life is shattered when she discovers her husband Volkan's infidelity, and her struggle in the face of betrayal. International distribution was handled by Madd Entertainment, a joint venture between Med Yapım and Ay Yapım, and the series reached audiences in many countries under various localized titles.
