Cansu Dere — Biography
Cansu Dere was born in 1980 in Ankara.
She completed her education in the Archaeology Department of İstanbul University.
After finishing 3rd in the Miss Turkey contest she entered in 2000, she was discovered and began modeling.
She became one of Turkey's leading models and took part in many fashion shows.
Cansu Dere took her first step into acting in 2004 with the series Metro Palas.
In 2006 she shared her first leading role with Mehmet Akif Alakurt in the series Sıla.
She has done highly successful work in acting as much as in modeling.
She has appeared in major projects such as Ezel, Acı Aşk, Muhteşem Yüzyıl, and Behzat Ç. Seni Kalbime Gömdüm.
In the 2016 new season she plays the character Zeynep in the series Anne, broadcast on Star Tv.
She has also acted in the feature films Yahşi Batı and Son Osmanlı Yandım Ali.
She became the face of L'Oréal Paris in Turkey.
