Sakar Şakir

Sakar Şakir is a 1977 Turkish comedy directed by Natuk Baytan. Şakir, whose clumsiness exasperates everyone around him, is swept into a whirl of events when he inherits a fortune from an uncle who has died in İstanbul; a relative unwilling to share the inheritance sets out to get rid of him. Yet it is precisely his clumsiness that keeps saving Şakir from every trap, while his chases with Gardrop Fuat along the road and in İstanbul drive the film's pace. Kemal Sunal takes the lead, alongside Adile Naşit, Ali Şen, Ayfer Feray, İhsan Yüce and Kamer Sadık.
