Kamer Sadık — Biography
Kamer Sadık, born Kamer Sadıkyan, was born in 1911 in Istanbul (then Constantinople). Educated at Pangaltı High School and fluent in Armenian, Turkish and French, he was an actor of Armenian descent who became known in Yeşilçam under the nickname "Kamer Baba."
He began his film career in 1954 with "Çifte Kavrulmuş" and went on to appear as a character actor in more than a hundred productions over the following three decades, including the 1977 film "Sakar Şakir." Kamer Sadık died on 24 September 1986 in Kayseri.
