Namus Borcu

Namus Borcu is a Turkish film directed by Türker İnanoğlu and released in 1967. Murat and Rıza are two truck-driver friends who leave their jobs after falling out with their boss. Rıza persuades Murat to take part in a robbery, but afterward keeps the money for himself, betrays his friend to the police and has him thrown in prison. The story then follows Murat's determined quest for revenge. Cüneyt Arkın and Turgut Özatay share the lead in this Erler Film production, one of many they made together during the golden years of Yeşilçam.
