Çetin İnanç directed the 1983 Turkish adventure and action film Vahşi Kan ("Wild Blood"), starring Cüneyt Arkın. It borrows freely from the 1982 American film First Blood, the first entry in the Rambo series. That resemblance earned it the nickname "Turkish Rambo" abroad, and together with another Rambo-style adaptation, Korkusuz, it became a cult title.
