The Law Is the Law (Kanun Kanundur) (translated)

Kanun Kanundur ("The Law Is the Law") is a 1984 Turkish crime-adventure film directed by Aykut Düz. Erol Şenbecerir both wrote the screenplay and produced the picture for Sun Film, while Salih Dikişçi served as cinematographer; the colour film runs about 90 minutes.

The story follows a police officer who, just as he is about to retire, is called back to duty to hunt down a dangerous gang of bandits. Cüneyt Arkın heads the cast, with Ahmet Mekin playing the deputy police chief, and Özlem Onursal and Hüseyin Peyda among the supporting players.
