Kareteci Kiz (Karateci Kız)

Karateci Kız (Karate Girl) is a 1973 Turkish action and revenge film directed by Orhan Aksoy from a screenplay by Fuat Özlüer and Erdoğan Tünaş, produced by Erler Film. Filiz Akın and Ediz Hun star, supported by Bülent Kayabaş, Hayati Hamzaoğlu and Nubar Terziyan. Zeynep, a young flower seller in Istanbul, has been mute since a childhood accident.

When five escaped convicts break into her home and murder her father, the shock restores her speech. Trained in marksmanship and karate by Commissioner Murat, Zeynep loses him too and joins the police force to hunt the fugitives down one by one. Decades later the film gained worldwide notoriety when villain Ferruh's drawn-out screaming death scene went viral on YouTube in 2012 under the title "Worst movie death scene ever"; WatchMojo ranked it first among funny movie deaths, and it was parodied in Regular Show.
