Adiós, Sabata

Adiós, Sabata (original Italian title: Indio Black, sai che ti dico: Sei un gran figlio di...) is a 1970 Italian-Spanish Spaghetti Western directed by Gianfranco Parolini. It forms the second installment of Parolini's Sabata trilogy, with Yul Brynner taking over the lead from Lee Van Cleef, who had headlined the first film and would return for the third. In the original Italian version and its title song, the hero is actually called Indio Black; the Sabata name was attached after shooting, largely to exploit the international success of the earlier film in markets such as the United States. The supporting cast includes Dean Reed, Gérard Herter, Nieves Navarro and Sal Borgese, with a score by Bruno Nicolai. The trilogy was completed a year later when Van Cleef reprised the role in the final entry.
