Kürşat Alnıaçık — Biography

Kürşat Alnıaçık, born on December 7, 1962, in Ankara, is a Turkish actor. The son of theatre professor Raik Alnıaçık, he entered the Theatre Department of the Istanbul State Conservatory in 1981 and graduated in 1985; he then went to England on a British government scholarship, continuing the modern dance training he had begun with Geyvan McMillen at the London Contemporary Dance School.

After returning to Turkey, he worked as a trainee at the Bursa State Theatre and taught modern dance at Uludağ University for a time. He became widely known as Savaş Doğan in the series Deli Yürek (1998) and went on to appear in series such as Sıcak Saatler (1998), Sakarya Fırat (2009), Medcezir (2013), Kara Sevda (2015) and Diriliş Ertuğrul (2014). In the Netflix series 50 m2 (2021) he played Servet, and in Yalnız Kurt (2022) he portrayed Tekin Giritli, nicknamed "Viking".
