Murat Serezli — Biography
Esat Murat Serezli was born on October 3, 1969, in Istanbul, the son of actors Nevra and Metin Serezli. While studying architecture at Mimar Sinan University, he became involved in visual effects and animation, and for about 15 years created on-air graphics and 3D animation for television channels, produced effects for commercials, filmed promotional videos, and directed sitcoms.
Acting, voice, and hosting work since 1999 brought him roles in films such as "Evli ve Çocuklu," "Kirpi," "Gelecekten Bir Gün," "Senin Hikayen," "Seni Seviyorum Adamım," and "Deliormanlı"; he played Lieutenant Colonel Veysel Gökmusa in "Dağ 2" (The Mountain II) and Colonel Halil İbrahim Kopuz in "Savaşçı" (Warrior). As a host, he presented the programs "İyi Beslen Mutlu Yaşa" and "Kapanmadan Kazan."
In March 2026, he joined the cast of the series "Arka Sokaklar" as retired chief prosecutor Fevzi Kılıç, before leaving the show in July 2026 to sign with ATV's period drama "Aşk ve Taht."
