Burçin Abdullah — Biography

Burçin Abdullah was born on 22 July 1987 in Bursa. She graduated from the English-taught Economics Department at Marmara University.

She began acting as a child, appearing in Acı Günler in 1997 and becoming known for the character Lamia, which she played in the series Üvey Baba in 2000. She also appeared in Büyük Buluşma (2004), Beşinci Boyut (2005), Kara İnci (2007) and Kollama (2008).

In 2011 she played in Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne?, and in 2012 in the series Bir Zamanlar Osmanlı, Dila Hanım and Kötü Yol; in the film Selam (2013) she portrayed the character Zehra. From 2014 she appeared before viewers as Helena in the series Diriliş Ertuğrul, broadcast on TRT1.

The actress, who played Yasemin in the film Ankara Yazı: Veda Mektubu (2016) and Nazlı in Adam Mısın! (2016), gave life to the character Leman Sancakzade in the series Kalp Yarası in 2021.
