Aydın Haberdar — Biography
Aydın Haberdar (1936-2006) was a Turkish actor who spent much of his career on screen during the Yeşilçam era of Turkish cinema. Over the course of his career he appeared in more than a hundred films, and alongside acting he occasionally took on producing and production-management duties.
Between the early 1970s and the late 1980s he appeared in numerous productions including Acı Hayat, Kin, Cemil, Akrep Yuvası, Kılıç Aslan, Üç Kağıtçılar, Kanun Gücü, Dünyayı Kurtaran Adam, Kelepçe, Erkekçe, İdamlık, Dev Kanı, Kaplanlar, Bin Defa Ölürüm, Gırgır Hafiye and Babasının Oğlu, becoming a familiar face in action and adventure films.
He died in Istanbul on March 30, 2006, and is remembered as one of the prolific character actors of Turkish film history.
