Kefaret (Kefaret (dizi))

Kefaret is a Turkish drama television series produced by 25 Film. Directed by Mesude Erarslan and written by Mahinur Ergun, it is an adaptation of Zülfü Livaneli's novel Konstantiniyye Oteli. The series premiered on November 22, 2020 and concluded on July 29, 2021 with its 35th episode, ending after a single season.

The story follows music teacher Zeynep, who moved with her doctor husband Ahmet and their two young children to a beautiful home in a newly assigned town, only to lose everything over the following five years. Commissioner Sinan, who never left her side, lost his job because of his great love for her. Zeynep tries one last path to reclaim what she lost, and hand in hand with Sinan she stubbornly wins everything back. Nurgül Yeşilçay, Mert Fırat and Yurdaer Okur star in the leading roles.
