Black Dossier

Black Dossier (Le Dossier noir) is a 1955 French-Italian crime drama directed by André Cayatte, a filmmaker known for his focus on legal themes. Written by Cayatte and Charles Spaak, the film stars Jean-Marc Bory, Danièle Delorme and Lea Padovani.

Shot at the Boulogne Studios in Paris with sets designed by art director Jacques Colombier, this courtroom drama was entered into competition at the 1955 Cannes Film Festival.
