François Villon

François Villon is a 1945 French historical drama film directed by André Zwoboda. It depicts the life of François Villon, the celebrated fifteenth-century French poet who was also known as a criminal.

The film was inspired by Justin Huntly McCarthy's play If I Were King. Shot in French and produced in France, it stars Serge Reggiani, Jean-Roger Caussimon and Henri Crémieux, with Guy Decomble also among the cast.
