Özge Özpirinçci — Biography

Özge Özpirinçci was born on 1 April 1986 in Istanbul. After graduating from Sabancı University's International Business Management programme, she trained as an actress at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York.

She began her television career in 2008 with the series Kavak Yelleri; in 2009 she landed her first leading role as İpek in Melekler Korusun, which brought her fame. Her portrayal of Fikriye Hanım in the film Veda earned her a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the 2011 Yeşilçam Awards. Her role as Zeynep in the series Aşk Yeniden won her the Best Actress in a Comedy award at the 2016 Golden Butterfly Awards.

Her performance as Bahar Çeşmeli in the series Kadın, which began in 2017, became one of the most beloved roles of her career. She went on to play Defne in Yakamoz S-245 and Karsu in Sandık Kokusu. In 2025 she took the lead in the series Sakıncalı alongside Salih Bademci, and in 2026 she became a mother.
