Nesrin Cavadzade — Biography

Nesrin Cavadzade was born on 30 July 1982 in Baku and came to Turkey at the age of 11. A graduate of the Cinema and Television Department at Marmara University, she also trained for two years with Şahika Tekand Studio Oyuncuları.

She made her television debut in 2007 with the series Yersiz Yurtsuz, then took the lead role in Cemal Şan's film Dilber'in Sekiz Günü. For her role as Anna in Güzel Günler Göreceğiz she won Best Supporting Actress at the 48th Golden Orange and Best Actress at the 23rd Ankara Film Festival; she was also honored at the 51st Golden Orange for Kutluğ Ataman's film Kuzu.

She appeared in films such as Yangın Var, Annemin Şarkısı and Aşk Tesadüfleri Sever 2, and in series such as Al Yazmalım, Kış Güneşi, Bizim Hikaye, Yasak Elma, Bir Başkadır, Üç Kuruş and Şahane Hayatım. In 2026 she played Şebnem in the series Daha 17, a role in which she portrayed a mother for the first time.
