İrem Sak — Biography

İrem Sak was born on February 9, 1986, in Sivas and moved to Istanbul for university, where she completed a degree in American Culture and Literature. She began acting in 2008, taking the role of Zeytin in the play Sizinkiler, and appeared in several brand commercials around the same time.

She entered television in 2010 with the series Şen Yuva, then reached a much wider audience as Tülay, a cabaret singer, in Gülse Birsel's Yalan Dünya. After joining the BKM comedy troupe in 2012, she became a familiar face through her recurring character Sinem on Güldür Güldür. Her film career opened with Dedemin Fişi, followed by roles in Dönerse Senindir, Martı, Ölümlü Dünya and Yılbaşı Gecesi.

Also active on streaming platforms, she played Müge Türkmen in the Netflix series Kuş Uçuşu. In 2025 she both wrote and starred in the GAİN series Modern Kadın, and in 2026 she returned to cinemas in the role of Alim in the film D.I.S.C.O.
