Hilmi Cem İntepe — Biography

Hilmi Cem İntepe was born on 19 May 1992 in Yenice, in the Menteşe district of Muğla, and grew up in Güvercinlik near Bodrum until the age of 18. He trained as a physical education teacher at Muğla University. He took up Latin dance at 17 and won the Turkish youth salsa championship several times; in his second year at university he opened a dance school in Muğla with friends and began teaching there.

He first appeared on television with a dance act on Yetenek Sizsiniz Türkiye, the Turkish edition of the Got Talent format. Real fame came when he won the 2013 season of Survivor as a member of the Volunteers team. He later finished third in the 2015 All Star edition and returned to All Star again in 2018.

He moved into acting in 2013 as Yavuz in Muhteşem Yüzyıl and also appeared in Çalıkuşu. His film debut came in 2014 with Stajyer Mafya and Çılgın Dersane 4: Ada. In 2016 he landed his first leading parts, as Kelebek in Bodrum Masalı and in the sports series Tek Yürek. In 2018 he portrayed the aviator Vecihi Hürkuş in Hürkuş: Göklerdeki Kahraman, and in 2020 he played Galip Bey in Ya İstiklal Ya Ölüm and Mustafa Candemir in Maria ile Mustafa. He led the aviation series Hür in 2024 and joined the cast of Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı in 2026. In August 2026 he married Pırıl Atasev in Istanbul.
