Erkan Sever — Biography
Born in İzmir on 11 July 1974, Erkan Sever graduated from Dokuz Eylül University's Department of Theatre Acting, performed with the İzmir State Theatres between 1994 and 1996, and joined the İstanbul City Theatres in 1996, working as an assistant director alongside acting.
He first appeared on screen as Cihan in the series Örümcek, played police officer Turan in the film Melekler Evi and Ömer in Ezo Gelin, and went on to act in series such as Mühürlü Güller, Cinlerle Periler, Daha Neler, Hayat Mucizelere Gebe and Güzel Köylü (2014, as Niyazi), becoming known for the character Lütfü in Gülümse Yeter.
On the big screen he appeared in Rina (2010) and as Abdullah in Kurtlar Vadisi Filistin (2011), as well as in İzmir Çetesi; in the 2020s he returned to the spotlight playing Orhan in the series Ben Bu Cihana Sığmazam.
