Clara Khoury — Biography

Clara Khoury was born in Haifa on 29 December 1976 into a family with Israeli, Palestinian and American ties, and has built a career as an actress across film, television and theatre, performing in Arabic, Hebrew, English and French. She is the daughter of actor Makram Khoury and sister of Jamil and Roula Khoury, both also involved in the arts. Raised in Haifa, she now lives in California. Her credits include Rana's Wedding (2002), The Syrian Bride (2004), Ridley Scott's Body of Lies (2008), Lipstikka (2011), The Inheritance (2012) and Laila in Haifa (2020).
