Mülteci (Refugee) is a 2007 Turkish feature film directed by Reis Çelik. Regarded as a work of political cinema, it was shot in Türkiye and made in the Turkish language.

The story follows Şivan, a twenty-year-old man living in Eastern Anatolia. His grandfather Şaho is a tribal chief fighting to hold on to his influence. While the young man is meeting Berfin, the girl he loves, in the fields, a sabotage attack strikes the area and wipes out the village's crops. This event turns the film into a drama where personal love collides with structures of power.

The cast includes Haluk Piyes and Necmettin Çobanoğlu. Reflecting Reis Çelik's interest in social and political questions, the film foregrounds rural life and struggles over authority.
