Kebab Connection

Kebab Connection is a 2004 German-Turkish comedy film directed by Anno Saul, with a screenplay credited to Fatih Akın, Ruth Toma, Jan Berger, Ralph Schwingel, and Saul himself. The film premiered on 30 October 2004 at the International Hof Film Festival before opening in German cinemas on 21 April 2005.

Set in Hamburg, the story follows İbrahim, a young man obsessed with kung fu films, who shoots an action-packed commercial for his uncle's kebab shop. While the ad boosts business, news that his aspiring-actress girlfriend Titzi is pregnant forces İbo to confront his fear of fatherhood amid clashing cultural expectations, as his uncle's rivalry with the Greek restaurant across the street heats up. Denis Moschitto and Nora Tschirner star, with Güven Kıraç, Sibel Kekilli, and Adnan Maral also in the cast.
