Cliente is a 2008 French comedy-drama written and directed by Josiane Balasko, starring Nathalie Baye, Éric Caravaca, Isabelle Carré and Balasko herself.

Judith is an attractive, level-headed woman in her fifties who lives alone and entertains herself with paid encounters arranged through internet sites. One of the men she meets, Patrick—whose real name is Marco—is a shy young husband secretly working as a gigolo to pay off the mortgage on his wife Fanny's hairdressing salon, while Fanny believes he works for a construction company. Moved by Patrick's warmth and tenderness, Judith begins seeing him regularly and their arrangement slowly deepens into genuine affection. When Fanny learns the truth, Marco quits, but as their money runs out she pushes him back toward the lucrative job, setting up an unusual love triangle between the devoted wife, the reluctant gigolo and his increasingly attached client.
