Dance with the Jackals 5 (Çakallarla Dans 5)

Çakallarla Dans 5 is the fifth entry in the popular Turkish comedy series, directed by Murat Şeker, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Ali Tanrıverdi. The film opened in Turkish cinemas on November 9, 2018.

The story follows the four inseparable friends from Fikirtepe — Kayınço Gökhan, Del Piero Hikmet, Köfte Necmi and Accountant Servet — who appear before a judge and are granted conditional release on the strict order that they stay at least one hundred meters away from one another. Keeping that rule proves nearly impossible for the crew. Meanwhile Gökhan learns that a brief affair from years ago left him with a daughter named Leyla, who is now involved with Sinan, a wealthy and arrogant young man. Unable to accept such a boyfriend for his daughter, Gökhan resolves to break the couple apart and, realizing he cannot manage it alone, calls on his old companions for help. Breaking the court's ban, the gang reunites and throws itself into a series of comic schemes to rescue Leyla.

Şevket Çoruh, İlker Ayrık, Timur Acar and Murat Akkoyunlu lead the cast, alongside Didem Balçın, Şebnem Dönmez, Uraz Kaygılaroğlu and Çağla Irmak.
