A Golden Widow (original title Une veuve en or) is a 1969 comedy film directed by Michel Audiard, who also wrote the screenplay. Made as a co-production between France, Italy and West Germany, it stars Michèle Mercier, Claude Rich and Roger Carel, with Jacques Dufilho, Jean-Pierre Darras and Dominique Zardi among the supporting cast.

Shot in French, the film runs about 85 minutes and stands as a typical example of European comedy cinema of its era. Its sets were designed by art directors Jean d'Eaubonne and Raymond Gabutti. The three-country production is one of the works on which Audiard signed as director in addition to his celebrated screenwriting career.
