Taner Ertürkler — Biography

Taner Ertürkler was born on November 16, 1971, in Berlin, Germany, and trained as an actor at the Theatre Department of the İstanbul University State Conservatory.

In 1997 he co-hosted the program Sabah Şekerleri on Star TV with Ceyda Düvenci for six months, before his breakthrough role in the 2000 series Yedi Numara. He went on to build a long career across series such as Tatlı Kaçıklar, Deli Yürek, Gurbet Kadını, Bir İstanbul Masalı, Doktorlar, Ezo Gelin, Adanalı and Küçük Hanımefendi.

He played Ahmet in the 2017 Kanal D series İsimsizler, reached wide audiences as Selim Paşa in Payitaht Abdülhamid, and more recently appeared as Bayhan Bey in Kuruluş Osman, continuing to work steadily as an actor.
