Şafak Pekdemir — Biography
Şafak Pekdemir is a Turkish stage, film and television actress born on 19 June 1988 in Istanbul. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Beykent University. Having started her acting career in 2010 with the series Türk Malı, Pekdemir appeared in the series Şüphe and Leyla ile Mecnun before moving to cinema in 2014 as Gizem in the film İncir Reçeli 2. In 2015 she played İclal in the series Asla Vazgeçmem, and in 2017 she portrayed Zeynep in the film Deli Aşk. Reaching a wide audience with the role of Zehra in the series Yasak Elma, broadcast on Fox Tv, the actress appeared in the series Senden Daha Güzel in 2022. Şafak Pekdemir has been married to Burak Mengü since 2017.
